Michael Winter has been a practising architect with his own practice for more than 10 years and has combined this until recently with working with a large commercial practice.
Michael has a particular interest and expertise in green and ecologically sound development which is balanced with the pressures of a budget, commercial constraints and client preferences. Michael promotes, where possible, design and construction that is sustainable. That is to say, development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs.
Michael has received awards and praise in many areas including a prestigious RIBA Award for Architecture, Downland Design Award for Architecture and a Daily Telegraph/Individual Homes Homebuilder of the year award. He has appeared in a variety of publications, including national newspapers, and has been featured on radio and television on a number of occasions.
